Philippines Election 2010

Today was the first Automated Election in the Philippines.
As expected there were a lot of glitches and troubles both in the
technical and manual aspects of the Election..but in the end
of the day the votes are now being transmitted and counted
but it doesn't stop there continue being vigilant and report any
inconsistencies happening around you..also there is a site where you
can see the actual no. of votes each candidate has courtesy of Comelec
Im Hoping that the new Elected President could address to the basic needs of the
Filipino people. I remember this project GMA 7 had entitled

"Biyaheng totoo"-- video compilation where they visited the 10 poorest cities in the Philippines and ask a resident to put all there problems and concerns in a Notebook that will be sent to the next president of the Philippines.....
Doing something about it could be a good start!
