The Magna Carta of Love

Love is always patient and kind; love is never jealous;
Love is not boastful or conceited, it is never rude and never seeks its own advantage,
It does not take offense or store up grievances.
Love does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but finds its joy in the truth.
It is always ready to make allowances, to trust, to hope and to endure whatever comes.
Love never comes to an end.
But if there are prophecies, they will be done away with;
If tongues, they will fall silent; and if knowledge, it will be done away with.
For we know only imperfectly, and we prophesy imperfectly;
but once perfection come, all imperfect things will be done away with.
1 Corinthians 13:4-10
this was a passage from the bible that my school wanted us students to
memorize and understand....
just the other day we briefly discuss this passage in class
line by line we went on to understand Love's deeper meaning..
As my teacher said love is a very strange thing that even the greatest
scientist can't make any exact definition,formula,calculations for it..
and i agree to that. The meaning of love varies on how one person think
what they've experience and how they were brought up...
it's funny how some of my classmates who are in a relationship can't even
make a sensible meaning for it..
let's talk about my favorite verse....
For we know only imperfectly, and we prophesy imperfectly;
but once perfection come, all imperfect things will be done away with
for some reason this phrases struck me the most and i cant really explain it..
well as for the verse it does not really define love cause there is no
exact definition for the four letter word L-O-V-E but it shows you
how to love and what real loving should be
